These Terms govern access to and use of VisionClaw and the public site at visionclaw.dev.

Acceptance of terms

By using VisionClaw, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or related services.

Nature of the product

VisionClaw is software that helps users automate actions on their own computer and connected accounts. Users are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and supervising how they use the software and any integrations they enable.

User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accounts, devices, and data you connect to VisionClaw.
  • You must use VisionClaw in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules.
  • You must not use VisionClaw to harm others, violate privacy rights, abuse services, or perform unauthorized actions.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing actions taken on your behalf by automated workflows you enable.

Third-party services

VisionClaw may interoperate with third-party services such as Google, Anthropic, AWS, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, and others selected by the user. Those services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and fees.

Open source and license

VisionClaw is distributed as open-source software. Use of the source code is also governed by the applicable repository license, currently Apache 2.0.

No warranty

VisionClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the VisionClaw authors, contributors, and distributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the use of VisionClaw.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of VisionClaw after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
