Privacy Policy
VisionClaw is a desktop agent that runs on a user-controlled Mac and connects to external services only when the user chooses to authorize them.
What VisionClaw does
VisionClaw helps users automate tasks on their own computer. Depending on how it is configured, it may access data such as chat messages, emails, calendar events, screenshots, local files, browser content, and other information the user explicitly provides or authorizes.
Information VisionClaw may process
- Account information needed to configure integrations, such as a Gmail address or messaging channel identifiers.
- Content the user asks VisionClaw to process, including messages, emails, calendar data, files, screenshots, and browser page content.
- Local configuration and runtime data stored on the user’s machine to operate the agent.
- OAuth credentials and tokens granted by the user for connected services.
How information is used
- To authenticate with services the user chooses to connect.
- To carry out tasks requested by the user.
- To maintain agent state, configuration, and local history needed for normal operation.
- To communicate with AI model providers and third-party APIs involved in completing the user’s requests.
Where data is stored
VisionClaw is designed to run locally on the user’s Mac. Configuration files, tokens, logs, and other local runtime data may be stored on that device. When users connect third-party services or AI providers, data required to complete those requests may also be transmitted to those external services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Google data
If a user connects Google services, VisionClaw may access Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive data strictly to provide the features the user has enabled. Google user data is not used for advertising and is only processed to deliver or improve requested product functionality within VisionClaw.
User control
- Users choose which integrations to enable.
- Users can revoke OAuth access from their connected service account settings.
- Users can stop using VisionClaw and remove local configuration data from their own machine.
Third-party services
VisionClaw may interact with third-party services such as Google, Anthropic, AWS, Telegram, Discord, GitHub, or other providers chosen by the user. Those services operate under their own privacy practices, which are outside the control of VisionClaw.
